Directv is bad. I understand only a little agreement law and after becoming a member of 2 yrs' worth of directv support, it randomly improved our monthly fee in january! No notice of increase was handed and used to do not perform a brand new agreement accepting to price increase but i am spending increase. I can't stop, change or alter agreement with no significant cancellation fee but directv doesn't have issue altering our agreement, without notice and without any recourse on my component. Customer support is non-existant at directv. Every customer representative lets you know something, screws up another and you never obtain the same answer or response from the diverse repetition. You can't contact anyone with any brains or the intelligence to process a problem which is a shame. Easily might find directvis broker of assistance i would sue them for breach of contract because easily quit spending, they'd sue me.incredible since directv includes a great item but payment, customer support, refund redemption are a deadend road leading the customer right into a heck that you never return.
