After spending money on a-1-year membership to support, the TIVO quit functioning. Appears like an ordinary enough factor in my experience, and so I terminated my wire (since I actually donot view lots of Television), and continued my happy way. Did not believe that I'd continue being billed $12.95 per month for support I had beennot applying. Well, I thought wrong. 14 weeks later, after I named concerning the issue, I had been informed that in my own 1-year service contract, someplace inside, it explained that I'd be immediately restored to regular support, without my choice. Beware, clients, since TIVO can't provide discounts, approximately I'm informed.
Is there something I will do about that?
