After being truly a 4-year client with TiVo and never one skipped cost, they declined to credit my account for that regular payment they delivered through directly after we terminated our consideration! Their customer support may be the TOUGHEST I've actually experienced through any organization and that I have experienced some negative experiences. The boss was rude, uncaring along with a shame towards the job title. Beware AND NOT get TiVo via a bank draft!!! And HOPE there is a constant have to talk to their terrible customer support office.
