I requested seats on 1/13/09 to get a show celebration on 4/11/09. These seats were designed to be considered a shock for my spouse's birthday. I left city so when I returned the seats hadn't been shipped. I thought perhaps using the long-weekend these were simply going for a while. Well I obtained a contact saying the seats have been shipped via Fedex... To my AGED address! I had been annoyed since my previous handle has ended 500 kilometers from wherever I stay today. I've named Stubhub every day since that time requesting them to repair it. The only real reaction I get is the fact that they approached Fedex to recover, it was defeated thus today I'm SOL! I Maintain wondering where may I document a? Who's likely to look after this? While am I likely to get returned? Every time I'm informed this is my problem and there's no treatment. I particularly improved my Payment and delivery address after I put the purchase, but evidently Stubhub doesn't believe that's accurate. The IT division is searching

Involved with it. I'll NEVER make use of this support again, I can't believe how reluctant they're to assist their clients when obviously a mistake has occurred.

Damage Resulting = $319 for that price of the seats and also the prolonged period I've allocated to the telephone attempting to use these folks.
