Horrible experience

I had been promoting two Basketball tickets on Stubhub. I believed the seats hadn't been offered because they were delisted two hours prior to the game, and so I released fresh seats to get a friend to visit the game. As it happens the tickets were really offered right in the two-hour tag (the full time when Stubhub delists seats). Following the sport, I came across the tickets had really been offered and also the customer couldn't make use of the seats.

Stubhub bought new seats for that customer to utilize. The tickets price $1700 vs the $270 the customer really taken care of my seats. Stubhub charged me $1700 for that error. After contacting customer care, Stubhub decided to decrease the cost in two to $850. Subsequently, after acknowledging I'd not been returned for that cost, I reached out to Stubhub again. Stubhub said the reimbursement have been refused. Upon request in to the refusal, Stubhub requested me to get hold of them "the moment feasible to be able to solve the problem". And so I approached them the moment feasible, plus they explained they questioned me to get hold of them to be able to advise me of the refusal.

One egregious $1,700 cost, one lay in regards to a reimbursement, a lot of effort and time in working with the problem, and awful customer support amounts up my terrible, horrible experience with Stubhub.
