After rescheduling service with Strong TV on Nov. 13 due to shifting to some condo and never being permitted satellite service, settled the total amount of the consideration to be able to stop service, requested when they required the gear back and was informed, no they didn't need the gear back. Nowadays 30 days afterwards Dec. 15 we get a fresh declaration of support for 63.69. Named customer service, got transmitted three times and lastly attached to a which kept insisting that people never terminated the service. It had been a bad support. Requested to speak with the supervisor and was informed it wasn't feasible, he might solve it, but he kept insisting we never named to stop. Well they're never likely to obtain the 63.69 from us, they're thieves!
