On two separate events, contractors with this specific organization, evidently focusing on account of Primary TV, found my house to set up equipment. About the first event, the specialist lied, stating that people couldn't obtain the support since we'd no satellite reception. He was standing towards the north aspect of our house and suggested the structures next door were interfering with all the satellite. About the next event, the specialist suggested he required some unique gear to be able to finish the installment, which he'd have to cost a charge (we were informed installation could be free) to do this. He got my charge card info and named the cost in and stated he'd be back using the correct gear. He never delivered. Hrs later, at 8:30 at night, we obtained a phone from Direct TV customer support to see us the specialist wouldn't be time for our house until 5 (five) days later. At that time, we didn't cope with Strong TV anymore, and named to stop the installation. We were informed from the Primary TV customer support they had no understanding of the cost because it was completed from the separate installation business. Several efforts to get hold of the installation organization (MasTec) have already been defeated. They've, however, been calling via registered information to reschedule the installation. At this time all I'd like may be the $68.90 that was billed to my consideration for an installment that never happened.
