Poor Customer Service, Mover Service and Disconnection Service

Concerning the Mover Support it's never as simple because it looks. The planned day of shifting was a laugh. The Specialist lied towards the Customer Support Repetition and mentioned he was at my home with no one was around. After I got your day removed from function without pay to become there, truly. I had been on the three-way phone hearing the Specialist rest about coming to my house that morning. Following the run-around; I eventually got my support connected three days later. I'd have terminated my support that evening, but I'd a deal.

Then simply attempt to stop your support together. On 1/2, I called to cancel my service. Received perspective from that Consultant. On that day, I had been informed I'd have 10 times in the date of termination to come back the gear, or I'd be billed for it. On 1/11, I named to discover where the containers are, to deliver the gear back, used to donot desire to be unneccessiarily charged. I had been used in customer support consultant 2; since the support was still on and imminent stop. CSR 2 mentioned; the support was pending stop which theywere rescheduling the support about the payment day, 1/20, not the date that I named. After being about the telephone for one hour and being used in 3 people, I eventually talked to some boss. Again, I had been informed that my support continues to be on which the stop day was established for that 20th, (I named about the 2nd and requested for that support to become disconnected quickly. So that they want to get 18 times of support not made and bill me for this.) After an argument; I ultimately was informed the support will be terminated at 12 am on 1/12. That I'd receive a credit back again to the day I initially named, the Next. And also the apology I received is the fact that, we're individual. Therefore everybody I talked to at Direct TV is individual. Happy of this. And everybody there makes errors, also, I suppose. The run-around and hours about the telephone for that telephone for 2 problems. Save a headache. Visit another satelite supplier, it's cheaper. MEAL saved us $60.00 per month for that same support.

Truly, I've had enough of IMMEDIATE TV
