We have been clients of DIRECTV for 15 years but using their newest cost modification we determined it had been time for you to alter our support. The listing of grievances:

3. Whenever we named your day following the charge card was billed and also the evening our lender cost struck the consideration we were informed they'd not stop the charge card cost which we'd to visit our lender to obtain our cash back. We were designed to browse the client contract.
4. After I sent customer support to ask whenever we might obtain a reimbursement I had been informed it'd be 6-8 months.
5. About 1 1/2 years back once they named to offer us a restricted time offer of film stations as well as their soccer bundle for $10 per month we weren't informed that people couldn't return to our unique bundle whenever we named to stop the present. We'd to choose a far more costly bundle to obtain the development we desired.
