Direct TV billed people for support at an address which was a home.

We moved from Florida in June. Whenever we came in Texas we began up a brand new bill with Direct TV.

The DTVcustomer support Repetition stated begin a new consideration to obtain the benefits. We did. 6 months later we obtain a statement for support in the previous Florida tackle for $121.33.

Today is November 14 and after several characters, telephone calls and answers, Direct TV hasn't acknowledged these costs.

No support was obtained and Direct TV may nevertheless not acknowledge mistake.

Therefore, we waited until out 2-year agreement went out in September and we've two breaks on our DTV consideration totalling $275.00. We would like the cash paid back again to our banking account. On four various times, 9/16/08,10/23/08,10/28/08 and 11/14/08 I've been informed the "running" period for these credit is 6-8 months in the last "deal."

Exactly What A fraud... DTV retains our cash and goes the cheese everytime I call in.

You may be certain I'm calling on 1/5/08 (2 months from today). Easily do not have my cash at that time... I'll create another criticism.

Our guide: Do Not actually conduct business with DTV. As the party might be great... Their customer support and payment methods are fraudulent.
