Going in to my account and stealing money from me

I'm really upset in the method Direct TV continues to be managing not just me but perhaps additional customers that are dissatisified with their support. I'd been looking to get Immediate TV to pack my TV Support with Qwest communitcations and so I might just have one-bill since September. Each month I had been informed by Direct TV customer support that it'd be transferred around, but each month Primary TV might cost me, avoiding the support from transferring over to Qwest. I'd contact Qwest plus they might inform me to contact Direct TV, and so I might contact Direct TV plus they might inform me to pay for the statement entirely also it might move over. It never occurred and each month they'd interupt my support. We got so fed up with playing together as well as their lies that people ended their support. Direct TV went into our banking account and attempted to take out $598.23 without us understanding. This triggered my banking account with an facility and never to say that there is insufficient profit there to protect the draft. I instantly named them up and informed them to change the costs plus they stated no they wouldn't. I told them this was illegitimate plus they hadn't to get into my consideration without my agreement. Acctually I spoke to some consultant from the title of Espie quantity R-5863 who declined to change the costs. I informed her that I had been likely to prosecute them-and she stated that which was okay.
