Promised $100 rebate not received after four weeks

I received att-u-verve on 9-19-08, and was support to get 100.00 rebate back they told me 2 to 4 weeks, as of 10-13-08 I have not received it yet so are they just telling people that just for them to sign up or is real, I would like to know. Your truly
