Wrong charge

I'd two devices on my Directv support. I bought both from BestBuy for $50 each. I stopped utilization of one recipient but held another on. Directv billed me $55 for not returning their gear. It's not their gear, It's mine. I taken care of it in a shop. I've been calling and worrying to DTV for weeks however the incorrect cost never disappears, they declare they'll create the modification but every month they're getting me late charges when I WOn't spend twice for that reciever that I don't use. I suppose I Will change to MEAL when they cant resolve this.
