We moved here about the 15th of September and had planned a trip from Comcast to alter our online sites from Savannah to Baltimore. Here's my account. The times are mainly correct but I would be down on a single or two.

July 25th, I contact Comcast. July 29th, I contact Comcast, simply to examine. Again an extremely good person about the telephone informs me they noticed I named earlier which we required something phone, however the purchase hadnot attended the best spot. Hmm... Ok. July 31st, contact Comcast again. The telephone person claims they begin to see the purchase and it's been delivered right down to support but it appears like nothing has occurred with it. This really is extremely uncommon, obviously. They'renot positive about that so that they move me to a boss/customer service liaison, Bruce Baker. Bruce is shocked in the period of time it has obtained and really wants to get us squared away. He explained he'll attempt to have anything within the functions by mon, however it may be only a little later. August 13th again - Phone Comcast Corp in Pennsylvania. Regina Richardson discovers it peculiar that there's this type of difficulty but is happy that I caught with-it long enough to create it for their interest. She stated she'd contact them immediately and we ought to observe anything happening quickly. Or even, contact her back.

August 14th - Get A phone from Eugene Bennett at Comcast, another boss/client liaison. He claims he's been designated the situation and anything is likely to be looked after.

August 18th - Phone Comcast/Eugene. He claims he does not have any info for me personally however, but he'll have anything by tomorrow and he'll provide me a phone (Usually tomorrow.) The phone call never comes.

Auguest 20th - Phone Comcast/Eugene (twice). He does not answer his telephone possibly time and that I keep a note the very first time. Personally I think this 1 concept must suffice.

By today we're 35 times late within our change of support and that I have invested more than 6 hours about the telephone with folks from Comcast while NOTHING has gotten accomplished whatsoever. I actually donot realize how this occurs but I needed others to understand.
