Well my name is joseph and i want to get my name cleared as a delinquent well you have sent me lots of dvd's that i havent order and well the very first time i did so when i got home i checked my mail came home amd found the box of movies and it was opend and ther was movies missing because the box was half way full and ther was only one or two movies that i order and the other two or three were not the ones i order so i have been calling you and the phone says that to call at 4:00-7:00 at their time and so i did but then it change the time it would say to call at1:00-4:00 so ther i would go calling you agian but no one would answer so i tried to send e-mails and i havent goten a reply and now you call me a delinquent what is that all about i have been calling and no responde and also with e-mails and neither no responde so i hope you read this complaint and reply as soon as posible plz reply i dont want to be marked as a delinquent and also been called a delinquent is not fair because you dont sent me the right dvd's so thats why i havent payed and also the very first time i paid on that week i got the letter of how much i had to pay and you say i havent payed it and i did so thats why i have been calling and alling andcalling but no responde so then i tryed to e-mail you and neither not a singel responde so i want to get things cleared withe you what are we going to do about this how are we going to settel this thing and also i want to know what happened to the check i send if it got lost or what man i've been very very very very very very mad and now my amount is $90.88and i dont want to have to pay that amount of money only because wether you lost it or the mail deliver man/woman lost it so plz reply back as soon as posible at [email protected] or you can al so call me at my phone at (323) 836-8933 it would be better if you call me at the time of 3:30-8:30 thank you bye
