I purchased a Spearco Intercooler from Turbocalculator.com on October 25. I paid $414 for the product and as of today i have gotten only 3 emails from them. I have tried to contact the over 30 time by phone as well as email. Of the 3 emails they sent one was on the 4th of november stating that they were out of that specific size intercooler and that they would send me a larger one for $20 more if i would like. I agreed with an email that i sent to them the next day i believe.
A few weeks went by and i had gotten no response, so i tried calling them to no avail. Every time i call i get their voice mail, and of course their voice mailbox is full and has been full ever since. I emailed them Numerous times to try to get a reply. Nothing! I filed a complaint with the better business bureau in early january, and they didnt help at all.
Finally I emailed them on March 6th and got a reply the next day stating that they were sorry and that they must not have gotten my emails, and that theyd upgrade my intercooler to a larger size for free. I was excited to actually hear from them and emailed them the same day saying to send it asap. As of today april 4th i havent heard a word from them since and i still havent gotten my product.
