Complaint / review text:
Placed my order on Dec. 13th. Nothing happened so I sent an e-mail back. They sent me an auto reply e-mail saying they had, had problems and would send product out by no later than Jan. 7th and that they would e-mail a tracking number. I have sent four reply e-mails to them and I keep getting the vacation reply. I have also called the phone number listed twice. First time there was an advertisement that the phone service was some kind of free thing. Order was for skin tag removal lotion. They charged my card a total of $40.50. I have kept all the e-mails and my original order. I also wrote the dates I called. Would be glad to help in any way that I can.
