I have two major complaints. My bill was turned over to collections after they told me they would give me another week to pay it. Now I have to pay in full, and I am on disability.
The bill that was put in collections includes a sports package that I asked to have removed back in January, as we do not use the sports channel anymore. They said they would still bill me and try to work with me on getting it straightened out later.
Please do not get DirecTV. You will regret it!
