TWICE I've had issues with this company.
1. A few years ago all of a sudden I had some Sports package put on my bill. My husband and I never watch sports. I called Direct TV and they basically called me a liar. They insisted I did order it. I told them to pull out the tape of the conversation, then some supervisor finally gave me a refund. What happened to the customer is always right?
2. Called Direct Tv on Nov 1 because of issues with DVR. The rep talked my husband into trying HBO absolutely free for 3 months. I just got the bill on 11/23 and they charged me for 3/4 of the month. So I called and the rep said they hooked it up on Nov 2 and since my billing cycle is on the 23rd of each month they had to charge me for 21 days! FREE HA!
I can't wait until some other company gets a good tivo/dvr service so I can cancel Direct TV. I will never recommend this company to anybody.
