I am not a direct tv customer, however I did a favor for one of my friends by paying their bill with my credit card, a one time deal. Well my friend didn't like the service because they lied about how much the bill would be and every month their bill was higher after the first three months, they also added the sports package without permission and my friend had a 300 bill. Well of course after customer service said that you must tell them not to automatically add the package they will. They were told last year to not renew the package but did anyway. Direct tv kept my credit card on file and charged my account for there bill without my permission. Now this is the second time that they have done this. Once last year and now this year. They STOLE my money. Now I have to fight them to get my money back when I didn't have an account with them in the first place nor did they have permission to use my account. Dirty Thieves, I won't ever recommend them to anyone. And don't do anybody a favor they will keep your information and steal your money. I'm getting a lawyer to get my money back.
