Poor service!

I am so sorry I changed from DisH to this crappy alternative. I called the customer retention dept to complain about no DVD player & after telling me they never recv'd by form w / 1st months bill to claim it I was told I would receive the DVD player in 3 weeks. I explained that if I didn't recv it I was considering it a breach of contract on their part & going back to Dish. We'll see...
