Poor service!

Primary tv company office - el segundo, ca tel# 310-964-5000. Our troubles started back on 6/8/07. Began having a party issue with local stations. Technology arrived modified meal. He recommended we ought to possess some pine limbs eliminated, but he did get party back. He also suggested that people substitute our previous HD radio and update towards the new HD meal. After he quit we observed we'd today dropped HDTV station party. I paid $400.00 to cut pine limbs and named to plan another support phone to obtain fresh HD radio and deploy fresh meal and obtain HD station party back. 2nd representative arrived within 3 times of phone. Work-order just had fresh recipient, no new meal. He changed recipient and modified present meal and party was back again to regular. Mentioned installing of new meal. He declares that it CAn't be situated where present meal was, and so I paid $400.00 to cut limbs for nothing. He discovered a brand new area which may need me to completely eliminate 2 bushes. I required that the boss come perform a website evaluation before I reduce more trees. He explained he'd get that planned.

Which was on 6/13/07 and that I am still waiting on 6/25/07. I've named three times since that time and also have been guaranteed somebody could be hereby today 6/25. However no body. Very first thing tomorrow I am calling them in the future and obtain all their gear and contact another satellite company.
