I purchased a personal meal plan and access to the FITMISS portion of Joey D's website. After looking at the work outs realized they were beyond my starting point. I contacted them for a refund 3 days later - had no meal plan or anything at this point. After 5-6 days and sails back and forth they said I received the meal plan so I got what I purchased and it can't be returned. My first complaint is it is not clear on the website that there is a 100%guarantee only on the access to the web site but not for the meal plan. Also when I did receive the meal plan it is pretty generic I wasn't asked any specifics about likes or dislikes or anything. I could have google the web and gotten the same thing was not anything special in my opinion. They said they started my meal plan the minute I signed up but yet when I got my meal plan there was an explanation as to why it was late there was a move a birthday and a holiday-doesn't sound to me that the plan was started right away. Just the lack of customer service I received was enough to make me NOT recommend this program to others!!!
