Due to health issues, was behind on bill but kept in contact to let them know.
Looked at bank account today and all of my money was gone. Directv has taken over $550 out of it. I talked to four different people and was told since I still have the equipment I could get me sat turned back on with the money that was taken out of the account.
A supervisor just told me they couldn't do that. I asked why I was told that and she said it wasn't written down. I said just because they didn't write doesn't mean it didn't happen.
Now I'm in overdraft. Can't buy gas or groceries. Get paid in two weeks.
I've been with them for nine years.
No longer!
