Taking money from people

I had cancelled directv back on 10/21. I sent all of the boxes back to directv. Directv took $791.34 from my checking account without my permission. They have changed there policy about 4 months ago and are not
telling anyone so they can take money from everyone without their permission. What can be done about this. This is stealing from people...

I called and spoke to someone at directv she told me that this was their new policy and that they could not refund it back to my checking accout. Then I
finally asked for a supervision he told me that there was nothing he could do about it. He also told me that after i finally had to get hateful with him that he had submitted a request to reverse the charge, but we all know how that goes. I went by my bank today a filed a dispute to get my money back plus all of the overdraft fees they are causing me and along with the check that
will not clear because of them. I will never refer directv to anyone...
