I am the sole proprietor of an underperforming busines, Trutek Educational Materials. ATT has signed me up for a one year contract at $90 a month which includes $45 for long distance. I assume it covers internet, but I am not getting answers. I have not made a long distance phone call from the business phone in four years and in the twelve years here I have made only little more than forty dollars worth of long distance calls all together. I feel bludgeoned and bullied by the sales process. What am I getting for the money? Is there another type of contract that would serve me better? If this is a good deal I don't want to lose out, but frankly I haven't been told and ATT sure doesn't care.
