I signed up with Mediacom for cable, internet and phone servicewith includes unlimited long distance. Long distance access contacted me in november for long distance service, when i told the gentlmen that i had unlimited long distance with mediacom he told me that their where affiliated with mediacom and they would not bill me and it was a follow up. Well, i recieved a bill today for $ 9,86 and i contact the long distance access asking about this bill! They said that i signed up for that. I told him why would i do that if i had unlimited long distance thru mediacom. He reapplied by telling me that my service with mediacom was cancelled. I contacted mediacom and there told me that my service was never cancelled and to contact you. Now, i realy don't think that i should have to pay for this bill but i don't know for sure what i should do? I would abbriciate if you would contact me regarding this matter. Sincerly Donald E.
