I am completely disguested with dish network customer service. I work as a CSR and I know what a company is able to do and what they arent. This company is all about taking money from you. They try to be sly with it and discrete. The first time i was charged 30 bucks for a surge protector that i NEVER saw or purchased from the technician. The second time they gave me free channels and i called to cancel them after 3 months, (OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU), and when i called to cancel the channels, the csr asked if i would like to keep any of the channels, i told him MAYBE HBO BUT I WILL CALL BACK... Then the next month, i was charged for the HBO channels, that i didnt even authorize to purchase. The last straw came when i paid my bill this month with my credit card, i then called DIsh to make sure i wouldnt be drafted since i already paid with my CC. I called and spoke with one csr who i could barely understand... Makes no sense... And the second one i called, STILL COULDNT UNDERSTAND, told me the same thing, They ASSURED me that i wouldnt be chaged twice, they said that bc i paid with a CC i wouldnt have it drafted, Well... I did... They took my money twice... Never got a follow up i was promised, never offered anything to keep my business... They SUCK... They told me to wait on a check to be mailed to me. Which may take an additional 20 days... By then my bill is due ONCE AGAIN. They lady who was the account manager was even MORE RUDE than any of the CSRs. I told her that her staff needed to be better educated on their policies... Anyways. Do not get dish
