If you have a problem don't call the the main Dish Network number you will not like the experience. So to save time and frustration just call their Resultion Reps located in Colorado. 303-942-8605 these folks are professionals and have good communication rapport. I have called them twice and each time I was satisfied with my call. My perception is that the Main #s you could be talking to someone at thier home so they just act up, whose gonna check up on them, No one because the boss don't live here.
