Dish Network has been a thorough frustration since the the day I called them. They brought out a wrong DISH, then wanted me to charge extra to bring in the right dish.
The Programming was wrong, they never even gave me complete credit for their mistake.
When they brought the new DISH out, they promised me they had the right programming package and again tacked on extra stuff on my account.
6 of their reps lied to me on the phone about making updates to my account and never made it.
They keep adding services to my account without me ever asking for them and despite me asking and making sure with them on every phone call what I am supposed to have on my account.
