Comcast/Xfinity - Horrible Experience! False Charges, Incompetent Customer Service, and Incompetent Technicians! - cable, internet and home phone bundle

My experiences with Comcast are horrible and still ongoing. I called in 01/ 2013 to switch to HD and was the victim of an overzealous salesperson. I later discovered that the salesman lied about the services and charges in order to get the sale. Comcast sent a hood rat technician to install my X1 box. He had cornrolls, baggy pants, and ZERO people skills. He didn't even have the X1 box on his truck. He installed something else until my X1 box came in. A few weeks later (btw, I had to call them) they came in and installed the X1 box. Several months later, I had over $150 worth of bogus charges on my account.in addition, $120 worth of porn movies that I did not order. I'm being charged for someone else's boxes! Each time I call, we spend 2 hours or more on the phone. Each time they agreed to fix the problems. They never do, and when I call back, I have to start from scratch. I've been speaking with them about this nonsense since May. It is now July. People, check your bills each month. This company is taking advantage of the fact that they are a monopoly in the Atlanta area. If anyone knows of another company, that doesn't have a dish, please make it known. I hate Comcast with a passion.
