Comcast has the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I went thru 5 years of torture with comcast. Every month i would have to call and reset modems and send refresher signals to internet, phone and tv. It was utterly redicilous. I had the final arguement with comcast last week when they were charginig me"ghost" charges for equipment i never ordered or had in my house. When i called customer service for the litterly 7time about this they hung up on my face. I then called verizon and with there expert customer service people i had dish network and internet and phone within 4 hrs. I am sooooo satisfied with verizon i wish i made the move a looooong time ago. Not only is the service better but the prices are cheaper and i can actually read the bills. There are no hidden costs and extra charges period. Wow what a mistake staying with comcast for so long... I strongly suggest leaving comcast to anyone thats having troubles with comcast, it only gets worse... Trust me...
