Xfinity horrible customer service -always getting disconected. Bills are always changing to whatever they seem to want it to be

The customer service at comcast is horrible. Always count on disconnects when they say they will transfer you to a superviser. The monthly bills are just abount always incorrect. Even tho nothing extra is order - it has varried fom $20 extra to $300 extra. They just cannot figure it out and promise to call back and do not. Just the worst I have ever seen
