Oceanic Time Warner Cable
They must stop interupting my work online by clogging all my windows with - oceanic time warner internet service

This has got to stop. For the second day in a row all my browser windows have been switched to time warner's billing notices and
i have lost all my windows and work i am doing online. This must end
i have called them and told them. They confirmed my bill is paid. But
it keeps happenening this must end.
