This company, has representatives that are very unprofessional unethical and ignorant. And yes, I said ignorant. I have chatted with 5 different individuals who have all gave me misleading fraudulent information. And for this very rude representative to tell me that I've only made two payments the entire time I have had services with Comcast, then to show me a list of payments made. So I asked her, what happened to me just making two payments, her response "oh my bad" wrong account. You're damn right wrong account. Then I had to call Comcast six different times, wait on hold each time for at least forty minutes, before I was able to talk to anyone. Only to have someone come on the line and be very disrespectful and not willing to help, but they sure as hell want a payment. This company is a complete scam!
