I agree completely that Comcast is the worst company I've ever been with. I paid more and more money because they kept saying I didn't pay the entire payment and the "late fee" that I was charged for no reason at all which made me begin to realize I was fighting a losing battle with them. I eventually gave up and disconnected my own box and continued to only watch the bare minimum of tv. If your reading this review please save your time and money... Go somewhere else for tv instead trust me you won't be missing out at all. It's not worth the headache.
