Your internet service is probably some of the worst service I have ever dealt with. Your internet cuts out multiple times a day at, get this, certain points each day! Around 10-11 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, 6-7 in the evening, and around 11 at night. None of this happens to any of my friends (they all have more expensive plans) and I'm starting to think it's a ploy to get us to pay more for your crappy service. Every time this our internet cuts out constantly like this, we will call and make someone come out for FREE and 'fix' the problem until it stops.
