Someone please help me to get Verizon to stop coming to my house in a futile attempt to get me to sign up for FiOS. The answer is and always will be NO! I was once a Verizon customer. I am no longer a Verizon customer because of deceptive sales practices and horrible customer service. Now they come to my door almost monthly with tales of "new policies and new management, " that have miraculously cleared up any issues they had before the management changed a month ago. A month ago, you say? Do you think I'm that stupid? Verizon, you have been knocking on my door relentlessly for the past 10 months, and every time you tell me the same thing... New management as of one month ago. Please stop this invasive and harassing practice of trying to wear down your former customers. It will NOT turn them into new customers, I promise.
