Dish Network Charges and Installation Service Really Bad - Hopper, Cables, Sling and Joey

I am writing to complain about local Dish Service in my new home. When I ordered Dish I was told on the telephone that the installers knew how to install Dish products in a mobile home. They were adamant about that and promised me good and safe installation. The first installer to come out, said he couldn%u2019t find the door to get in, the second installer to come out simply refused to get under the home and reinstall everything properly which was the main point of me calling Dish back. He said he was uncomfortable in small spaces. I have cables coming from the outside through my walls, then all across my living room floor, they then put a hole in the living room wall and ran another cable around the master bedroom door all the way to the TV (approximately 12 feet) and clipped it to the very thin walls. Not only that I have pets who play with cables, wires and anything that looks like it might be fun to play with which is a serious health hazard to them.
According to my housing code I am not allowed to have a satellite dish on my roof, nor have wires running through the walls. They will fine me on a monthly basis until this is fixed.installation must take place under the trailer through the floors. Others have had Dish installed in my same Mobile Home Park with no issues whatsoever and have no wires all over their homes coming through the walls or satellites on their roofs. This can cause serious roof damage because Mobile Home roofs are simply not as thick as a traditional home.
Since I had Dish installed in February I also upgraded to a hopper. I did that in April. Your sales people would not work with me on the pricing even though it is within 3 months and I am a new customer. I have my payments drawn directly from the bank by Dish and have not been late, etc. I find this practice unacceptable. I will be short on cash because now I have a $260.00 bill from Dish for getting a hopper. Also, the hopper keeps disconnecting and turning off and on the TV. So apparently the installer still didn%u2019t get it right even after two visits on the same day.
The second installer who refused to fix everything was very patronizing and started to point out the turn on buttons on the remote control. He had to come back twice in one day because after he put the hopper and joey on my TV%u2019s they both quit working. I explained that I have had Dish for two months and know how to turn my TV off and on and it has nothing to do with the services not being installed properly that morning. I then politely asked him to leave.
I am at a loss as to what to do. I was a faithful Time Warner Cable subscriber and paid a lot more for services for the last 3 years. They have promised to undercut your pricing if I come back because I am an excellent paying customer. I am now stuck with a two year contract, wrong installation which I have to pay extra to my manager for and a system that simply won%u2019t stay on. Also, a health hazard to have cables running all over the house for my pets. What would you do in my position?
I would hope this letter explains everything to you clearly and that something will be done about this. I am not totally unhappy with Dish. I enjoy the programming and HD quality on my televisions. The problem is the installation is costing me extra money until it is fixed and the hopper and joey restart themselves for no apparent reason. Also, the wireless connection will not hold. My wireless is excellent and works on my phone, kindle, and Smart TV with no problems at all.
