Dishs unscrupulous buisness practices - customer service

I first contacted dish after dumping att for inconsistant billing practices.initally all I wanted was internet but was told I had to have sat first so I signed up. The rep first put my closed e-mail account down for my billing contact knowing it was closed. Everything was fine, even when severe storms and 60mph winds I never lost service; until I cancelled the promo package. Then my service would go out with the sun shining and no wind. After five calls and more than five hours on the promise of fixing it over the sattelite, no joy. After fourteen months and untold hours on the phone unsuccessfully getting my point across (did i mention my bill went up by 50%!) I changed my card # so they would have to send me a bill. Which they did with a late charge attached. After customer service, resolutions dept, supervisors of which no one speaks fluent english I had enough. This coupled with the fact I had referred a friend and he still hasnt recieved his fifty dollar credit after a year. It took eight phone calls to get my fifty dollar credit and havnt gotten one of the five movies I was promised after another five calls. I get a bill from dish for $597.00 for early termination and refusal to return equip. (already returned) now down to $176.00 and after calling yet again I asked for them to waive charges for their breach of contract. I was told if I had requested a tech for my programming woes they could accomadate me but since I diddnt there was nothing they could do. Arent they supposed to know when they need a tech to fix their own equipment? Havent they learned their lesson after paying 5,000, 000 in'05 for unscrupulous buisness practices? Guess not. Dish, I implore you, drop my charges, clear my account, give my friend his fifty bucks andI wont have to take this to the next level which will be initiating a class action lawsuit! See a pattern devoloping
