This is the second and last time I sign up with Centurylink. They are now trying to pop me an early termination fee, though I have no recollection of signing up for such a thing. They say it's on my bill... Which I don't get in the mail, and since their website never works properly, I never saw it online.
Their customer service is rude and nonsensical.
On top of all that, the service is terrible! We signed up for a certain speed, but they could only deliver a speed half of what we're paying for! Unbelievable.
Stay away from these thieves at all costs.
