I see from all the responses to any review about TWC that all they can say is to email them explaining the situation. I have explained both of my "situations" until I'm blue in the face to customer service and tech support. Yet, neither issue has been resolved. I see the same response from TWC to all of the reviews about them. I wonder how many of the other reviewers got their problems addressed since post their reviews.
