Called to set up a new service, the lady was rude, talked to me like I was an idiot Im assuming because I didnt know how the process of setting up direct tv worked. I just moved out and have never had to set up a tv service before so I asked her a few questions. She sounded pissed off and aggrivated, didnt answer the questions i asked and was pushing to get me signed up before i was even told the price of the service. I was going to give direct tv a shot, but looks like the cable company cares a little more about their clients.
