I have had nothing but problems with my brighthouse phone service. They must have a book of all the service calls made to my house. For a long time, my phones would just go dead. You call... Listen to all the messages to reboot the modem... That usually takes care of the problem (nope)... Wait and wait to speak to someone... Then they apologize for your problem... Send someone out... And the tech is usually convinced you need a new modem... Kind of like taking an aspirin! I have had numerous modems... Now the connection cuts in and out from both ends... They will never offer you an adjustment on your bill... The customer has to ASK for one then they will agree. One more call on Monday and then I go back to Verizon.
