Our modem started to go out and I took it to our local BrightHouse location at 5214 W. Linebaugh in Tampa. They switched out the bad modem for a new one, no questions asked! I am handicapped, and the customer service rep came out of his cube to bring me the paper work, the new modem and even open the door for me!
