I am very unsatisfied with the services Brighthouse networks Provides. This week alone my cable has gone out numerous times over 2 days along with phone and internet. I have a sick baby and need to have a phone to be able to call for help if I need to. I am low income and cannot afford a cell phone plan right now. I depend solely on Brighthouse Networks for my phone service and up until this week, has been reliable enough for me. I have always had problems with my modem and even had it replaced with another brand new modem. I've had technicians who couldn't fix problems I called about and that I needed to call out a tech supervisor to come out (this appointment was suppose to be a supervisor)
I was guaranteed a supervisor tech to begin with but all I got was a regular tech. I called a made another appointment. The customer service line reps are nice but they don't place correct work orders as they promised at the time of call. I have had no shows and only credited $20 while I have to wait additional days for another specialist to come out to fix the problems. Does lower priced packages means that we should have to deal with occasional outages? Do we have to settle with lower prices = low quality?
