Brighthouse, Tomeka #837, just told me,
"Yes, you were lied to and we're not going to do anything about it".
Here's what happened:
I was told that I could "try the lightening modem" for one month (which will cost $20 extra a month). If I don't like it, I could go back to exactly what I had.
Today, which is 2 weeks later, I call to them that there is no difference and that I that want my old modem back.
Yep, tomeka, a supervisor, just told me that was NOT going to happen.
"Ummm... Tomeka, did you really just tell me that someone (Mike #423) lied to me and that you're not going to do anything about it?"
Tomeka's response: "Yes." and she was perfectly willing to cancel my service during this call.
