Ecause of channels switching to digital everyone in my area was entitled to receive 2 "Free" digital boxes for a year. They told me an upgraded modem was available so i also got a modem change since the tech was coming anyway. WHILE the tech was installing the boxes he informed me that since i was changing my service (ie. The modem upgrade) the boxes were no longer "FREE" but $5 a month. Aren't there laws against tactics like this??!!!
