Sent out a technician who was not identified as a Charter employee. No identification.
Couldn't and wouldn't answer questions
Spread germs all over including my laptop
Had to ask if it was new modem... Gave refurbished. Second modem in 9 months
Chat support is a game of 50 questions and can't read
Called corp to complain - response... Pay $35 for a call to get a new not a refurbished modem.
Charter is the WORST for TV and Internet services and even worse for Technical Support... Go with someone else. They can't deliver.
Who knows... You may get MUGGED or a DISEASE.
