Avoid, run away from, windstream, fast! Their (business) service frakkin' sucks, they've been billing us since November when we haven't had service since November 12, they are OVERPRICED for completely HORRIBLE service ($171 a month for their business service!), their customer service and system is a JOKE, I finally get bits and pieces of info each time I call instead of all at once, and they are giving us a hard time/run around to disconnect and dispute the bill (since I have been trying to do so since December!) Choose a different provider!!
